How much does shipping cost for complete bicycles?
We offer flat-rate ground shipping of $49 for all complete bicycles within the continental US. Smaller components and apparel orders over $99 qualify for free shipping.
Do bikes arrive fully assembled?
Bicycles are shipped 85% assembled in a secure box. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a basic tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every order.
What is your return policy for cycling gear?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used helmets or installed drivetrain components.
How do I know which frame size is right for me?
Each product page features a detailed size chart based on height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for more stability.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes, we partner with local bike shops nationwide. You can choose to have your bike shipped directly to a partner shop for professional assembly and safety tuning for an additional service fee.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All new frames are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as forks, wheels, and drivetrains are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, typically ranging from 1 to 2 years.
